(This is not a food review.)
Hello! Let me introduce you a new cafe in Singapore!
1 month into its opening, Butterscotch Cafe has been a hit with many, especially Muslim & their Malay friends!
Sis has been frequenting them almost every weekend, hence this photo. #MyBlogButNotMyPhoto
As their signboard suggests, they specialize in desserts & coffee.
Butterscotch Cafe is not halal certified at the moment, however, it is owned by Muslim, hence, rest assured that no pork (and whatever muslims can’t take) is being served!
Vintage/retro looking chairs in the cafe.
When we were there during one of the weekend’s evening, the cafe was so packed & some desserts were already sold out!
Forced into taking a photo of the menu coz one of the main course bears sis’ name. FYI, her name is not Ramly. Haha.
Check out some desserts pics, shall we!
Soufflé, served with their signature Butterscotch Ice Cream
This photo did the Soufflé no justice, In real life, every serving I saw them serve their customers, was massive & appealing. Makes me wanna go take a photo. I didn’t manage to have this coz they ran out of Butterscotch Ice Cream. So popular leh!
Nutella Brownie with Toasted Marshmallow topped with Caramel
Oreo Marshmallow Cheesecake
I need to go back & try this really soon. #CantTakeMyEyesOffYou
Profiterole – choux pastry ball filled with our signature homemade ice-creams garnished with dark chocolate sauce best accompanied with latte.
This is the one I kept describing to them but apparently it’s an off menu item!
Their handsome chef is just so awesome, he can suddenly out of the blue comes out with new dessert one!
Nutella Choc Mousse Tart
Sis & I shared this & oh my… so chocolately, so wickedly delicious!!
I love the combination of hard crust vs soft mousse and nutella.
Have I managed to tempt you yet? ;-p
Butterscotch Cafe is located at Blk 164 Bukit Merah Central #01-3625, Singapore 150164
