Bangkok Trip: Day 2 of 6

“When you wake up in the morning, Pooh,” said Piglet at last, “what’s the first thing you say to yourself?”

“What’s for breakfast?” said Pooh. “What do you say, Piglet?”

“I say, I wonder what’s going to happen exciting today?” said Piglet.

Pooh nodded thoughtfully. “It’s the same thing,” he said.”

We were very glad to know that Somerset Sukhumvit Thonglor Bangkok provides free tutuk services within Thonglor area. Here we are, on the ride to Thonglor BTS station!

Met up with my dear Ratty (left) at Siam since she happened to be in the city for work too & it’s definitely awesome to be able to see her after so long after she moved back to Thailand for good.

A&W is a must!

But it wasn’t as nice anymore! We also had Ice cream waffle (which is good) to share after our burgers/chicken.

Coffee at Toms & Toms.

Shop some more & I realized during this trip, I really am not as young as I think I am! I got tired super fast & I constantly wanna drink & sit down! T_T

We were already tired & it’s the last night staying in Thonglor so we decided to try out this roadside stall that sells Hot Pot!

We were advised to put in the morning glory & other greens to cook first before cooking our beef & egg.

Even though it was a hot night, I couldn’t stop drinking the delicious soup!

Shrimp fried rice is frigging nice also! The rice grains are so full of moisture yet doesn’t stick together. 2 more plates of this please!

I am quite impressed with how normal roadside food look but taste so power!

Speaking of food, man… I just had dinner & now I feel nibberish again. ;-O
