Nivea Deodorant Whitening Happy Shave

Do you like your armpits and how it look? I don’t. Being plump/flabby is one thing, another issue is having underarms that look patchy, dull/uneven skin tone or even with razor scars.

Of course, the better method that some may suggest is going for IPL for the semi to permanent removal of hairs, or waxing, but most people still use the method of shaving. That goes for me too. I can’t wait for the hair to grow long enough for the wax to grip on to, and I definitely ain’t going to spend my $$ on IPL.

Nivea Deodorant Whitening Happy Shave is the first deodorant that whitens, repairs & cares after shaving just like how men have their post-shave balms.

NEW! NIVEA DEODORANT Whitening Happy Shave is a whitening anti-perspirant designed especially for usage after shaving.

  • Whitens and smoothens underarms
  • Repairs damaged skin cells layer by layer
  • Reduces skin irritation from shaving
  • Supports skin regeneration
  • Provides 48 hours reliable protection against body odour and sweat

Nivea Whitening Happy Shave Roll-on (50ml), $4.70

Nivea Whitening Happy Shave Spray (150ml), $9.10

Whitening Happy Shave has a floral, fruity scent of green apple, peach, lily of the valley and jasmine – a treat for fragrance lovers.

Both the roll-on & spray dries fast on the skin & keep my underarms fresh & dry for more than 6 hours. I really appreciate this, I tell you! Who can stand sweaty armpits with this mad hot weather?

However, personally I think the roll-on is more worth it as the price is lower and the product can last longer. The spray is really easy to use, but usually spray products finish faster. While using the roll-on, I hope no women ever roll their armpits without prior cleaning/showering! Imagine the bacteria get rolled back into the product! *eeewwww*

Tip: Don’t hold the spray too near to the skin as it can cause a white mist spot (which disappears after a short while though) & please aim properly. I wasn’t looking one time and accidentally sprayed my face. x_X

In case you, like me, heard about how anti-perspirants may cause cancers (especially breast/lymph cancers), I googled and read from a few sources that there are no conclusive evidence linking the use of underarm antiperspirants or deodorants and the subsequent development of breast cancer.

Nivea Deodorant Whitening Happy Shave range is available at Guardian, Watsons, Cold Storage, NTUC FairPrice outlets and other major retail stores islandwide.
